Grab life by the balls is a positive men’s mental health movement. Our mission is to create a huge positive difference to men’s mental health across Australia by creating more inspired, empowered and on purpose men.

Don’t let the big words put you off. Our events are pretty cruisy and laid back and are all about mateship, connection and community. Young, old, Sunny Coast local, new to the coast, on holidays, whatever we don’t mind; come along, be yourself, bring a mate and we’ll catch ya soon.
